Nicholas Taulli, Zachary Hall, Ryan Isto, Hudson Kirkpatrick, Sean Pennison, and Matthew Alexander Naquin have turned themselves in to LSUPD after being charged with misdemeanors in the hazing death of Maxwell Gruver. Naquin is being charged with a felony count of negligent homicide in addition to a hazing misdemeanor.
According to The Advocate, the ten LSU students charged have been given until noon to turn themselves in lieu of arrest. As of 11:50, four have yet to do so. Bail was set at $10,000 for Naquin and $5,000 for the other nine students.
