There’s a couple of things LSU fans have learned about their Tigers this season.
They know how to take an L, as evidenced by a debacle in Starkville, where the Tigers lost 37-7 and by a heart-breaking loss to the Troy Trojans.
But last Saturday, Tiger fans also found out their team knows how to bounce back, when LSU defeated the 21st ranked Florida Gators.
“It’s a testament that we believed in each-other last week,” LSU HC Ed Orgeron said. “I think the staff came together more. The team came together. Our guys said we are not getting on this plane unless we win the game.”
Ogeron, who didn’t shy away from praising his player’s efforts during Saturday’s win, did have harsh words to say about himself.
“I need to lead this team better,” Ogeron said.
The Tigers are now 4-2. They host number ten Auburn on Saturday.
