Heading into the season, LSU’s junior running back Derrius Guice was considered a favorite to win the Heisman.
So far Guice has put up 100 yards and two touchdowns in back-to-back games in limited playing time. The Heisman candidate also eclipsed 2,000 career rushing yards in the game against Chattanooga.
