LSU head coach D-D Breaux calls freshman Kennedi Edney a “fire-breathing dragon” for a reason. 

Edney’s first competition as a Tiger began with a score of 9.950 on her vault.  One of the judges awarded her a perfect 10. 

Following the vault, Edney scored a solid 9.875 on the bars.

Breaux praised Edney for her stellar start to a collegiate career.
“She tends to get a little bit timid sometimes because she doesn’t know what kind of monster she is,” Breaux said. “Just wait.”
