The University has announced its plans for Homecoming week, Nov. 7-14.
The week will start with a kickoff ceremony on Monday, Nov. 8 and will continue with a pep rally on Thursday, Nov. 11.
The week of fesitivies will lead up to the main events of Saturday, Nov. 13 when the annual Homecoming Parade will occur from noon to 1:30 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. that night, the football team will face off against the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Tiger Stadium.
In addition to Homecoming, the University will also celebrate LSU Day on Saturday, Nov. 13, to commemmorate the University’s 150th anniversary.
The events of LSU Day will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the University Recreation Complex, in and around the Student Union and along South Campus Drive west of Highland Road.
