LSU debuted a new offense and a consistently-dominant defense in a 55-3 win over Georgia Southern on Saturday.
Following the win, the Tigers (1-0) didn’t move in either the AP Poll or Coaches Poll to remain sitting at No. 6 heading into Week 2.
LSU plays No. 9 Texas — who rose one spot after defeating Louisiana Tech — in Austin on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 p.m. on ABC. The top-10 matchup will also be featured on ESPN’s College GameDay show.
