The Panda Express location in the LSU Student Union will have extended hours this semester to test customer demand, according to Margot Carroll, the assistant vice president of Auxiliary Services.
The location will now be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Previously, it was only open from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will remain closed on weekends.
