Head Coach Will Wade discussed some improvements that the Tigers need to make before their upcoming game against Georgia, including the need for them to play their best for the full 40 minutes.
“The bigger the game, the more you have to narrow your focus,” Wade said.
Wade also recognized sophomore guard Skylar Mays for his recent academic achievement. Mays was one of five players named to the District 6 Academic All-District Team that was announced on Thursday.
“We have not had a lot of those here, so we are very very proud of Skylar for that,” Wade said.
LSU will travel to Athens to take on the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m.
