Amateur video was posted in Instagram by a man who says his inflatable Halloween clown was stolen from his yard. Matt Johnson claims to have found it at LSU’s Kappa Sigma house.
Johnson says his clown, as well as decorations belonging to other homeowners, were reportedly stolen overnight, and university officials say some of the decorations have been returned.
