LSU receiver was arrested and booked into on Sunday on charges of battery of an ex-girlfriend and violations of protective orders, according to an affidavit from East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
This comes a month after Davis was arrested on accusations of beating an ex-girlfriend on four separate occasions.
Davis has been suspended from the LSU football team since the initial Aug. 17 arrest.
According the police reports for Davis’ most recent arrest, the victim and Davis got into an argument on Aug. 26 at Davis’ apartment. During this argument, Davis allegedly pushed the victim into a couch and injured her lower leg and shin area.
LSUPD also received information from a witness of another altercation between Davis and the victim said to have occurred on Sept. 15. During the initial interview, the victim said she woke up with a black eye but did not know how it happened.
The witness later provided pictures of the injury and confirmed that Davis was the one who attacked the victim. The witness says that Davis slapped the victim in the face multiple times during an argument.
