The Daily Reveille is seeking applicants for summer and fall 2011. Applicants can apply for both semesters or just one.
The application session will take place Thursday, May 5, at 6 p.m. in the Holliday Forum of the Journalism Building.
Get hands-on experience in all fields of journalism. No experience necessary. Any majors are welcome, and all positions are paid.
Read on for a list of available positions. Applicants are welcome to apply for multiple positions. All employees will be trained for their respective sections.

Staff Writer: Responsible for writing 4-6 news stories per week
Contributing Writer: Responsible for writing 1-2 news stories per week
Sports
Sports Writer: Responsible for writing 4-6 sports stories per week
Sports Contributor: Responsible for writing 1-2 sports stories per weekSports Columnist/Blogger: Responsible for writing sports columns and blogs
Entertainment
Entertainment Writer: Responsible for writing 1-2 entertainment stories and reviews per week
Opinion
Opinion Columnist: Responsible for writing 1-2 opinion columns per week
Cartoonist: Responsible for drawing 1-2 cartoons per week to accompany opinion columns
Copydesk
Copy Editor/Designer: Responsible for editing daily stories for AP Style and grammar and designing pages
Graphic Designer: Responsible for designing graphics to accompany stories
Photography
Staff Photographer: Responsible for photographing events and prepping photos that accompany stories
Videography
Videographer: Responsible for filming and editing videos that accompany stories
Reveille Radio
Radio Reporters: Responsible for live newscasts on 91.1 KLSU-FM and all pre-recorded stories
