Junior kicker Drew Alleman was named a “Star of the Week” by the Lou Groza Award committee, an award given to the nation’s best kicker.
Sophomore defensive tackle Bennie Logan and freshman wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., earned Southeastern Conference awards. Logan was named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week, while Beckham, Jr., was named the SEC Freshman of the Week.
