LSU held its first in-season open practice in 10 years on Monday at the Indoor Practice Facility. Interim head coach Ed Orgeron made practice open to the media in his introductory press conference Monday afternoon.
The team went through a 30-minute walkthrough, much shorter than the 90-minute walkthroughs under former coach Les Miles.
Miles had never opened in-season practices to the media. The last coach to allow such media opportunities was Nick Saban in 2004.
