LSU redshirt sophomore wide receiver John Diarse will transfer from the university, the Tigers’ official team account announced Thursday night.
Diarse played in all 12 games this season, starting five.
On the year, Diarse had 13 receptions for 137 yards, but had his best performance of 2015 at the AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl earlier this week. He had four receptions for 45 yards, both season highs.
Diarse made the following post on his personal Instagram account showing his appreciation for his time in Baton Rouge:
Diarse graduated this past semester after three years on campus. As a graduate transfer, he will likely not have to sit out a season depending on the school he chooses.
