Familiar faces will be on the sidelines Sunday when the New Orleans Saints play their first game in Tiger Stadium against the Miami Dolphins.
Former Tigers coach Nick Saban, head coach of the Dolphins, is returning along with many other former-LSU assistants.
“Some of our coaches – especially my position coach – Bobby Williams is coming back,” said receiver Craig Davis. “We love Bobby Williams; we wish he would have never left. We are anxious for them to come down here and watch some of our coaches in the NFL.”
Former LSU assistant coaches Dameyune Craig, Derek Dooley, Travis Jones and Will Muschamp are also on the Dolphins staff with Saban.
Dolphins players Donnie Jones, Norman LeJeune and Travis Daniels and Saints player Devery Henderson – all former LSU players – are also returning.
Tickets can be purchased until kickoff at 3:05 p.m. on the second level of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center or at ticket offices located on the south side of the stadium near Portal B. Individual ticket prices range from $15 to $89, depending on seat location. Students will be discounted $2 on any ticket purchased.
