* Derrick Smith, 3355 Brightside Drive, Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 21 on charges of first-offense DWI after officers responded to a one-vehicle accident on River Road. Smith was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
* Ashley, 505 Pilgrim Lane, Friendswood, Tex., and Steven Siegel, 329 Westminster Drive, Slidell, La. were arrested Sept. 24 after officers responded to a complaint of a marijuana odor at West Campus Apartments. Ashley was charged with simple possssion of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Siegel was charged with simple possession of marijuana. Both were issued misdemeanor summons.
* James Percy, Jr., 1808 Brightside Drive, Apt. G-13, Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of remaining after being forbidden and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers noticed a suspicious person carrying a booksack near Middleton Library. Percy was issued a misdemeanor summons.
* Beaux Duhe, 120 Meandering Way, Houma, La., was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of first-offense DWI and careless operation of a motor vehicle after officers responded to an accident at the intersection of Nicholson Drive and West Stadium Drive. Duhe was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
* Charlie Leduff, 2716 Thomas Delpit Drive, Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of simple battery after officers responded to a complaint of Leduff allegedly hitting a female. Leduff was issued a misdemeanor summons.
* Arthur Tanner, 4615 Government St., Building B, Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of remaining after being forbidden after officers saw Tanner near the campus lakes and recognized him from a prior incident on campus. Tanner was issued a misdemeanor summons.
* Litdell Bell, Jr., 2347 Carolina St., Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 28 on charges of theft and criminal trespassing after officers responded to a complaint near the daycare center construction area. Bell was issued a misdemeanor summons.
* Mildred-Angelle Sonnier, P.O. Box 19406, Baton Rouge, was arrested Sept. 29 on charges of simple possession of marijuana after officers responded to a complaint of a marijuana odor in East Campus Apartments. Sonnier was issued a misdemeanor summons.
* Taylor Sebesta, 9027 Glen Springs Circle, Dallas, Tex., was arrested Sept. 30 on charges of first-offense DWI after officers responded to a traffic accident on North Stadium Drive. Sebesta was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
* Marlon Johnson, 754 East McKinley St., Baton Rouge, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of first-offense DWI, speeding and no driver’s license after officers saw a vehicle speeding on Nicholson Drive. Johnson was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
