Student Government will host two forums this week titled “New Year’s Resolutions” to help participating student organizations plan out their goals for the semester.
SG President Darrell Broussard said both forums are open to all student organizations and will help them prepare for the semester and introduce them to members of other organizations.
“[The forums are] basically a chance for any and all student organizations to come in and talk with us about issues they are facing,” Broussard said. “Also, this gives them a chance to go around and share with other organizations any events that they have on the calendar for this semester.”
The first forum is today at 3:30 p.m. in the Union Vieux Carre Room, and the second will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the same location.
“It’s really a chance to let everyone know what everybody else is doing and hopefully create some partnerships that haven’t existed in the past,” Broussard said.
