Coach Sian Hudson received her 50th win at LSU Friday night, making her the winningest coach in LSU Soccer History.

Confidence was high for LSU coming into the matchup versus UC Davis after they secured a win against No. 21 Wisconsin. Although the first half showed that maybe confidence was too high. LSU let up two goals that seemed like utter mistakes.

The score at the end of the first half 2-1 in favor of UC Davis, but whatever Coach Sian communicated halftime must have worked because LSU simply didn’t mess around in the second half.

The Tigers scored two goals in the final 45 minutes. One coming from Ida Hermannsdottir which gave her two goals for the day. The other coming from Morgan Witz.

LSU is currently sitting at 4-2 on the season after this win. They will travel to Orem, Utah to face off against Utah Valley on Thursday.
