LSU Women’s Basketball has landed a big-time commitment from Jada Williams. She is currently the No.1 Point Guard and No. 10 overall player in the 2026 transfer portal.
Williams is a 5’8 guard who averaged 15.3 points per game and 7.7 assists her past season for the Iowa State Cyclones.
Coming out of high school, she was a five-star athlete and ranked as the No. 21 recruit in her 2023 class. She signed with the Arizona Wildcats and was then named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team.
This past season at Iowa State, she was named the First Team All-Big 12.
Williams recently visited North Carolina and Baylor before she officially sealed the deal with the Tigers.
She has one more year of eligibility remaining in her collegiate career. She joins guard Laila Reynolds from the Florida Gators, who also recently signed with LSU from the portal.
