According to Doug Mouton of WWL, LSU junior OT Chris Faulk will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.
In a tweet, Mouton stated that Faulk’s father confirmed the news to the station.
When asked for comment, LSU officials denied any official confirmation of the report, saying that Faulk hadn’t spoken to head coach Les Miles about the matter “since earlier last week.”
Faulk, a 2011 Second-Team All-SEC member, only played in one 2012 contest for LSU, the season opener against North Texas. He sat out the rest of the season after needing surgery following a knee injury suffered in practice.
