BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) _ Louisiana’s congressional delegation remained split Thursday — and at least one congressman undecided — about the $700 billion financial bailout plan nearing a second vote in the U.S. House.Only two of Louisiana’s seven congressmen supported the plan when the bailout failed to win House support earlier this week, and those two lawmakers — Republican Jim McCrery and Democrat Charlie Melancon — were expected to vote in favor a second time.It was unclear whether any of the state’s delegation members who previously opposed the proposal would change their minds under pressure from the White House, congressional leadership and Wall Street. At least one previous opponent, Republican U.S. Rep. Charles Boustany, said he hadn’t decided Thursday how he would cast his next vote on the bailout.”I’m still looking at the bill. I’m still going through it line by line,” said Boustany, R-Lafayette.
