The University canceled fall break and amended the academic calendar for classes to be held on one of four Saturdays this semester to make up for the class days missed during Hurricane Gustav, according to a broadcast e-mail from Astrid Merget, provost and executive vice chancellor.The University Registrar will announce scheduling options next week. Classes may be made up on four Saturdays – Sept. 20, Oct. 4, 11 or 18.
