BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Gov. Bobby Jindal says he skipped the presidential inauguration ceremony because he doesn’t like big crowds and prefers to watch it on television.
Jindal said Tuesday that he had high hopes for the presidency of Barack Obama.
He said he’d watch the ceremony on television and would discuss its importance with his three young children.
