UPDATE: After previously announcing his decommitment, East St. John wide receiver, Da’Monte Coxie reaffirmed his commitment to LSU Tuesday night.
Despite reaffirming his commitment, Coxie will not sign a Letter of Intent on National Signing Day according to The Advocate.
Coxie, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound wideout, has offers from Alabama, Florida, McNeese State, Southeastern Louisiana, Southern Miss and Tulane, according to 247Sports.
247Sports’ composite rankings has the Reserve, Louisiana native as the No. 27 overall player from the state.

Da’Monte Coxie, a three-star wide receiver from East St. John High School, has decommited from LSU, he announced via Twitter Tuesday afternoon.
Coxie’s decommitment comes less than 24 hours before National Signing Day. Currently, the Tigers have the No. 1 recruiting class, according to 247Sports, with 17 “hard commits” and five early enrollees.

Coxie, who verbally committed to LSU on July 25, was among four receivers who committed to the Tigers, including Stephen Sullivan and Dee Anderson, who are already enrolled on campus. The other receiver commit, Drake Davis, is expected to sign his National Letter of Intent to play for the Tigers tomorrow.
