Coach Orgeron met with the media following LSU’s practice on Thursday. Besides preparing for Southern Miss, Orgeron also discussed the LSU Florida game that was rescheduled for November 19th in Baton Rouge. 
“LSU Florida is at home on the 19th which is great news,” Orgeron said. “I’d like to thank our administration and Joe Alleva for working very hard and fighting for us to get that game.”
Orgeron has not yet told his team about the Florida game being rescheduled because he wants them to stay focused on Southern Miss. 
“I did not talk to the team about it,” Orgeron said. “I know they will hear about it but I want them to focus on Southern Miss.”
