Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last five years, you know that Louisiana has been dubbed as “Hollywood South” because of all the big film projects that have been shot here.
A few notable productions are “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,” “Pitch Perfect,” and “True Blood.”
While sometimes it’s hard to miss filming as it can result in street closures or the invasion of LSU’s campus, a few major projects actually fall under the radar.
Here are a few projects and actors currently filming in Louisiana that you may not have known are here. (Spoiler alert: Keep your eye out for Magic Mike himself, Channing Tatum!)
Movie: “Dark Places”
