The Union requested a student fee increase to benefit the building’s operating costs, free Union-sponsored programs, small concerts, guest speakers, its art gallery and wages.
The proposed fee increase will add $13 to the $47 that full-time students currently pay. Part-time students, who have not been charged in the past, will pay $5 per credit hour if the fee increase is approved by the University.
