LSU fans won’t have to wait until September for a Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.
LSU coach Ed Orgeron announced on Tuesday, the National L Club spring game will kickoff at 7 p.m. on April 22 and the game will air on the SEC Network.
The night kickoff is the first since 1995, when the Tigers had a 6 p.m. kickoff under former LSU coach Gerry DiNado.
LSU opens spring practice on March 11 and will have a total of 15 practices leading up to the game.
LSU plans to have events and activities leading up the contest, but are still being planned.
