Football: Peterson clocks in at 4.32 seconds in 40-yard dash

Patrick Peterson justified the hype in his NFL Combine workout.
Peterson ran the hallowed 40-yard dash in a blazing 4.32 seconds, good for second fastest in the field of Combine participants. Only Miami’s Demarcus Van Dyke ran faster after crossing the line in 4.28 seconds.
Peterson also notched a 38-inch vertical jump on Tuesday.
