October’s Very Own partnered with Louisiana State University to create a limited-edition LSU basketball merchandise collection.
OVO is a record label created by five-time Grammy Award winner Aubrey “Drake” Graham, who has most recently been in the news for his well-known rap beef with 2025 Super Bowl Halftime performer Kendrick Lamar. The rapper’s brand created the “Time to Shine” collection, which was released on March 7, 2025.
Merchandise for the LSU Tigers, Georgetown Hoyas, Duke Blue Devils, UConn Huskies, Michigan Wolverines and South Carolina Gamecocks is included in the collection. The collaboration aims to honor the tradition, excellence and competitive legacy of college basketball, according to OVO.
The LSU line offers sportcaps, sweatpants, varsity jackets, hoodies and paneled T-shirts, with sizes ranging from extra small to triple extra large. The apparel collection features a vintage aesthetic, with each team’s logo, colors and mascot present. Along with each college’s signature look is the iconic OVO logo: an owl. Prices range from $68 to $328.
The collaboration was announced on OVO’s Instagram on Tuesday, March 4 and went live Friday, March 7. The “Time to Shine” collection can be purchased in-store at the LSU Barnes & Noble or online.
