AnnLian, owned by 24-year-old LSU alumna Taylor Paysse, is more than just a shop—it’s a passion project turned full-time business that brings curated fashion to Baton Rouge.
Located on Highland Road near campus, AnnLian offers students and locals trendy, unique styles. Paysse originally founded the boutique with her best friend before taking full ownership, balancing everything from buying inventory to marketing and store design.
“Did the boutique for around half a year online, and then I got the opportunity to try brick and mortar out,” Paysse said.
Now, AnnLian stands out by blending bold statement pieces with timeless staples.
Paysse personally selects each item to match the boutique’s aesthetic while keeping up with trends.
“Basically, I look all day every day for new clothes, and I kind of just see what aligns with our aesthetic and vibe and then also trying to see what other girls like our customer and market are looking for,” Paysse said.
From LSU game day outfits to festive holiday collections, she uses her experience as a recent college graduate to stay in tune with customer demand.
Beyond clothing, Paysse ensures the store’s layout and décor reflect the brand’s style. Shopping at AnnLian means supporting a boutique built on passion and a love for Baton Rouge.
