Something is brewing on campus and it isn’t just the start of a new semester.
Cherrybomb Coffee Co. is the new coffee hot-spot for students looking for caffeine, specialty drinks, and a retro atmosphere.
The metal airstream trailer opened at the end of May this past summer after previously having well-accomplished shops in Mandeville and Madisonville. Owner Noah McLain said Baton Rouge has welcomed Cherrybomb with open arms after getting massive support from customers attending pop-ups at their mobile coffee cart.
“We’ve been catering for years on campus and felt it was the right time to have a physical location.”
With so many coffee options near campus, it’s hard to stand out. But, with its unconventional retro-theme, delicious drinks, and friendly staff, this small trailer still has a line forming outside.
“We exist to serve up excitement,” McLain added.
You can experience Cherrybomb Coffee from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. Don’t forget to try out their new Fall menu and stay up to date with their speciality menu items on Instagram @cherrybombcoffeeco.
