Finals season is here, and students can feel stressed, which can affect their mental health.
The LSU Main Library opened a relaxation room on April 27th for students to take a break during studying for finals.
Filled with games, fun puzzles, and activities such as aromatherapy and fidget toys, the room helps students ease their minds after a long study session.
LSU Student Employee Jasmine Latchie talks about her feelings toward the relaxation room.
“This is somewhere where I’d come…Obviously, LSU students are stressed out; they have 3000 exams,” Latchie said.
“So this is a good place to come and de-stress and come and take your mind off of finals.”
If you want to check the relaxation room, you can stop by room 241-A at the main library until May 11. For more information about the room, check out the LSU Library website.
