The next generation of video game consoles is finally here. With the launch of the PlayStation 4 last Friday and the Xbox One this Friday, the consoles will be hot items moving into the holiday season. For those still undecided on whether or not to upgrade or which system to buy, here’s a rundown of the two.

Xbox One
Pros: “The Kinect, because when it scans your heart rate, it’s not reading a body, it’s reading you. It actually knows when you’re holding the controller, it’ll sign you in.”
Cons: “The forced Kinect because it drives the price up.”
Play Station 4
Pros: “The touch pad is awesome. If they can integrate it in the games, it’ll work well.”
Cons: “The availability. And there’s nothing out to play on it. There’s ‘Battlefield 4,’ and ‘Assassin’s Creed’ but not much variety.”
