The International Chili Society is hosting the Louisiana State Chili Off, Sunday 10 am – 5pm, at the LSU 4-H Mini Barn.The contest will contain four categories for judging – red chili, chili verde, salsa and people’s choice. The overall winner will qualify for a change to compete in the 2009 World Championship.Judging starts at 11:30 am for salsa, 12:30 pm for chili verde and 1:30 pm for red chili.
