Former LSU football players Tyrann Mathieu, Jordan Jefferson and Derrick Bryant were released from police custody this morning following their arrest for possession of marijuana on Thursday.
According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Department, Jefferson and Mathieu each posted $500 bond while Bryant posted a $9,000 bond.
“I think when all this is sorted out, it will be very apparent that Jordan Jefferson was not in possession of marijuana,” said Lance Unglesby, Jefferson’s attorney.
Former Tiger Karnell Hatcher remains in custody. His bond is set at $3,500.
At this point, no court date has been set.
