LSU Baseball defeated Southeastern 15-2 Tuesday night in Alex Box Stadium.
The Tigers started the game off strong, scoring a total of 4 runs in the first inning. Both Derek Curiel and Jared Jones hit homers.
During the 4th inning, LSU scored 5 more runs. Chris Stanfield, Derek Curiel, Daniel Dickinson and Josh Pearson all scored.
SLU player Dane Watts hit a homerun during the 3rd inning scoring one point for the team.
The Tigers finished off the game by scoring 4 runs in the 7th inning thanks to the help of Ethan Frey. He hit a grand slam bringing home Tanner Reaves, Dalton Beck, and Mic Paul.
The game ended after the seventh inning due to the ten run rule.
The Tigers advanced to 37-9 while SLU lowered to 33-12.
