LSU and Alabama have a deep history and rivalry. This time the Tigers will be heading up to Tuscaloosa to take on the Tide. I took a trip to the Quad at the University of Alabama to ask fans questions about the LSU versus Alabama rivalry.
First question was, who is the true wide receiver university? Many Alabama fans claimed that their school produced the best wide receiver talent citing players like Devonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle.
One fan said that Alabama has the best college receivers but LSU gets the edge in NFL performance.
Whit Weeks father, David Weeks and former LSU Football player Slade Roy said that LSU is the real wide receiver university because of players like Ja’Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson.
Next question was, who would win in a fight a tiger or an elephant?
One LSU fan said, “The tiger will go on the elephant’s back and ride him into the sunset.”
Alabama fans said that the elephant would win because of the large size difference saying that the tiger would be no match.
Finally, the fans on both sides were challenged to say one nice thing about each other.
Many Alabama fans said that LSU has a great baseball team. LSU Baseball has won two championships in the past three years, meanwhile Alabama Baseball has yet to win one.
On the other side, LSU fans said that Alabama had a beautiful campus. Alabama’s campus is amazing with many buildings sharing the iconic red bricks and the trees looked wonderul in the fall.
Now let’s take to the field and see who will win between the Tigers and the Tide.
