LSU fans are expected to have an exciting and thrilling week watching LSU athletics.
Women’s Gymnastics will be hosting No.3 Alabama on Friday in the PMAC. Despite falling short to No.1 Oklahoma last week, Jay Clark and his squad are ready to compete not only on Friday in the PMAC, but also in the Podium Challenge on Sunday, where they will be facing the Tide again along with North Carolina and Arizona at the Raising Canes Center.
Clark wants his fans to not only show up Friday night but also Sunday at the River Center as he stated that, “he does not want to compete in front of nobody.”
As we head into the PMAC on Thursday, LSU fans and players will be celebrating seniors Amiya Joyner, Flau’jae Johnson and Izzy Besselman during their senior night game against Tennessee.
Since Freshman year, Flau’jae has been a standout player and consistently developed as a player and leader on the team. From earning SEC Freshman player of the year to 2025 first team all- SEC, the future is promising for this Tiger.
On to Alex Box Stadium, the LSU Baseball team will be hosting Dartmouth and Northeastern this weekend. After dropping a Midweek game to in-state rivals McNeese, the Tigers now hold a 8-1 record.
In Tiger Park, the LSU Softball team saw a 9-3 win over McNeese Tuesday night, with pitcher Jayden Heavener playing a significant role for the Tigers. They will face Nicholls this Friday as they kick off the LSU Invitational.
