No. 5-ranked LSU Women’s Basketball defeated Morgan State 91-33 on Tuesday. The Tigers move to 12-0 on the season and the Morgan State Bears fall to 1-12.

The Tigers put the game out of reach by the end of the first quarter jumping out to a 30-9 lead and by half time they led 52-17. This is only the third game of the season where LSU didn’t score at least 100 points and it’s the first time they scored less than 100 in back to back games.
On the other side Michaela Bogans and Ja’la Bannerman led the way for the Bears with 8 points respectively.
The Tigers dominated this game because they won the turnover battle and were able to force 25 turnovers and turn that into 32 points. Morgan State was only able to force 13 turnovers and only scored five points off turnovers.
