Fans had the opportunity to greet the LSU Women’s Basketball as they head off to Greenville, South Carolina, for the 2026 SEC Tournament.

Patrick Wright and Shaeeta Williams lead Wednesday’s sendoff with a few player interviews and interactions.

Flau’jae Johnson, Mikaylah Williams and MiLaysia Fuwiley spoke a few words to the media as well as Tiger fans upon request.

“I’m ready to go out there and compete with my team and try to bring it home,” said Fulwiley before suiting up for her first tournament suited up in the purple and gold.

The Lady Tigers enter the tournament as the No. 4 seed and are set to face off Friday at 1:30 p.m. against the winner of the Oklahoma and Florida/Mississippi State contest, which will be played on Thursday, March 5.
