Why did you join the Reveille?
I wanted to join the Reveille to gain real newsroom experience while studying at LSU. I loved every minute of being a reporter for my high school’s newspaper, and I wanted to be part of a similar organization in college to grow my skill set and further my passion for print journalism.
What do you hope to do after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to pursue a master’s and doctoral degree to become a forensic psychologist for a local police force, a non-profit organization or the FBI. Although this plan will not place me directly in the journalism industry, I would still like to incorporate public relations and communication into my work with law enforcement.
